Megan Fox is now married with Brian Austin, as reported by TheInsider. According to Megan Fox’ representative the couple got married in private ceremony on the island of Hawaii.

Brian Austin and Megan Fox first meeting was on the set of the “Hope and Faith” show.

It will be Megan and Brian’s first marriage. Brian Austin Green has a son with Vanessa Marcil.

Star magazine reported that “They had a fairly large wedding, but there were clearly more security people than guests, It was very hush hush. Everyone was sworn to secrecy.”

The couple is reported to be spending their night at the Four Seasons Hualalai hotel.

This is all part of the new type of celebrity brand: one that goes beyond achievements as a thespian right there into the territory where being a failure is a must. In other words, the Megan Fox brand means Fox has to look always stunning, say outrageous things in interviews and make films bomb – unless she’s featured in them in skimpy clothes and she does a lot of running (see “Transformers”).

“The conclusion industry observers have drawn: No one wants to see Fox in a movie unless she’s wearing short shorts and being chased by giant robots. If Megan Fox was determined to be a huge movie star or a top box-office draw, her career would be in big trouble. But movie acting is just her day job. Her full-time career is being Megan Fox. Being Megan Fox means establishing herself as a brand, not just an actress. She’s one of the new breed of stars for whom every public appearance and interview is part of the performance; the actual credits she accumulates on her IMDb page are just a small portion of her 24/7 workload. It’s a career of the sort pioneered by Madonna (who’s never been just a musician, but has always been in the Madonna business) and carried on these days by celebrities like Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Heidi Montag. As long as personalities like Fox stay in the public eye (say, by being mentioned on sites like ours), they’re earning their keep,” PopEater writes.

“What are the specific job requirements for being Megan Fox? She has to keep her 15 minutes of fame going by A) looking hot; B) saying outrageous things in interviews; and C) looking hot. By those standards, she did exactly what was required of her for ‘Jonah Hex.’ During the shoot, she did A very well, since about all she was asked to do was show how well she could fill out a corset. And before the movie’s release, she promoted it by doing plenty of B and C. Nonetheless, ‘Jonah Hex’ remained an ill-conceived, watered-down version of an obscure comic book in a tough-sell genre (westerns) with a leading man who has also never successfully opened a picture. That it tanked can’t really be blamed on Fox,” the report goes on to say.

What this means actually, as paradoxical as it may sound, is that, at this point, Megan Fox has reached a stage where she’s too famous to be a successful actress, because she represents a new “breed” of celebrity. The good news for her, even if all the movies she makes from now on bomb, is that she will continue to get paid, just like Lindsay Lohan still is, despite the fact that no one in the industry wants to work with her anymore. The bad news for moviegoers is that, well, flops like “Jennifer’s Body” and “Jonah Hex” will continue to be made.

The 'Jonah Hex' actress - who announced her engagement to Brian Austin Green this week - says she feels a deep connection to the actor.

She told People: "We are just even more committed to each other than we always have been. I'm more in love with him now than I was in the beginning."

Megan, 24, and Brian, 36, called off their first engagement in February 2009 after five years together, but the screen beauty insists she doesn't consider it a new betrothal.

She added: "It's really not a re-engagement. It's just the same engagement and for some reason it's now news."

Following the announcement, speculation is now rife as to what sort of ceremony the couple may have, with Megan previously insisting their nuptials would be a private affair.

She said: "It's not going to be a big wedding. I'm not one of those girls - if it happens, it will be very low-key and quick and unplanned."

Back in January we let you know Megan Fox (Those eyes! That waist! Those hips! Those lips! The Come Hither-ness!) was tapped to become the new face of Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans. There were photos. There was a video. And there was some blogger who complained the video didn't show enough Fox.

Well, now there's more to look at in the form on a just-released new ad that's part of the brand's Fall and Winter ad campaign. The campaign breaks in July online and on billboards in New York, Los Angeles, London, Milan, Rome, Paris and Tokyo.

Megan Said She Lied During Interviews

The sultry leading lady known as Megan Fox has come clean in the latest edition of Interview magazine. The 24-year-old beauty posed for the magazine donning an old-school brown bob wig, as she posed provocatively with a lifeless female mannequin. The magazine spread dishes that Fox asked to keep the mannequin's head as a memento at the end of the shoot.

The lovely actress also comes clean about telling mistruths to those that interview her for magazines and other media outlets. "I don't want to open my mouth or speak anymore," Fox tells interviewer Zach Galifianakis. "Everything I say becomes scandalous."

Despite the fact that Ms. Fox seems to be on every red carpet, award show and magazine cover, she explains, "I'm one of those people who fiercely guards their privacy, so I hate doing interviews."

She readily admits to some dishonesty during interviews to protect herself and her personal life."I have said some things to throw people off the scent of what's really going on in my life. So I have sort of aided the media in printing these misconceptions, which I regret."

She also says that "at this point, I'm not going to go out of my way to mislead people.... that doesn't really get me anywhere"

To any one who has access to a computer, the TV or magazines, Megan's rise to fame has been a steep one. Megan began acting and modeling at the age of 13 after winning several accolades at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention in Hilton Head, South Carolina. She then made her movie debut as "Brianna Wallace" in the Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen movie, Holiday in the Sun. She continued her career staring in the television sitcom Hope and Faith. She ascended into the mainstream by staring in the Transformers Franchise.

In the latest issue of Interview, Zach Galifianakis asks Megan Fox about comparing Michael Bay to Hitler. Her response? “Surprise! I pull shit out of my ass for no reason.” Via NY Daily News:

“In the past, I’ve been reluctant to share any bits of truth about myself or to really let people in on my reality,” Fox told Galifianakis. “So I have said some things to throw people off the scent of what’s really going on in my life. So I have sort of aided the media in printing these misconceptions, which I regret.“

Whoever’s handling Megan Fox’s publicity needs to lock her in a room until her response to every single question thrown at her is “Tee hee. You’re cute.” I know that might rile up some feminists, but she can’t be doing you ladies any favors as it is. Thanks to Megan Fox, I now immediately tune out women without even waiting to see if they want to have sex. Although, in honesty, that’s more to do with efficiency. Time is money, people.

Transformers Without Megan Fox - the Consequences

"Transformers" co-star Tyrese Gibson is upset that original franchise hottie Megan Fox is out of the picture for the third entry, FOXNews.com reported Monday.

After weeks of speculation, it was announced on “Transformers” director Michael Bay’s official website last Thursday that Victoria’s Secret supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whitely would indeed be replacing Fox in the third installment of the successful action series. The post encouraged fans to “welcome” the 23-year-old British beauty into the “world of 'Transformers.'”

“I am sad [to see Fox go],” Gibson told FOXNews.com at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

And he certainly sounded less than warm and welcoming when we asked if he was excited that Rosie was now on board.

In spite of Fox’s departure, Gibson assured us that fans won’t be disappointed with the technical aspects of the highly-anticipated flick.

“It’s going to be crazy, man. I read the script a couple weeks ago and it’s another level,” he added.
