Megan turns down lead role of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider

Megan Fox is certainly not the brightest candle on the birthday cake here, but we figured she’d have at least enough sense to know a good opportunity when it presented itself. The starlet has reportedly been offered the lead role of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider, but has been reluctant to accept of the inevitable Angelina Jolie comparisons. One source close to the situation says that:

“The offer has been on the table for Megan for a while but she’s reluctantly turned it down. She’s the logical choice to play Lara and she loves the character but the comparison with Angelina is too much. It looks like the movie will now star an unknown.”

Is Megan insane? Megan Fox + shorts + action= box office gold! It’s a simple formula so the fact that Megan doesn’t want to pounce on the opportunity is completely crazy to me. Though I’m sure being compared to Angelina Jolie isn’t easy, I’m pretty sure with a multimillion dollar return on the trouble, Megan could probably overlook that.

Intellectual Guys Prefer Megan Fox

Tina Fey isn't buying the idea of being labeled a "thinking man's" sex symbol – the "30 Rock" star says every guy – regardless of his intellect – would prefer to be in bed with Megan Fox.

"What I've come to realize is that when people say, 'The thinking man's whatever' — there's no such thing," Tina said in Esquire's April issue, where she appears in a sexy dress with a plunging neckline on the cover. "The thinking man also wants to f*** Megan Fox."

Tina revealed that she had a few stipulations about appearing on the cover of the men's magazine.

"I got an e-mail [from Esquire] with a list of the potential setups, and my e-mail back was like, Well, I need to decline being handcuffed to a bed. I won't straddle anyone. I won't make out with a cop," she explained. "There are certain things, I totally get them as a premise. And they're all good fun, and if I were a young single model, they would be appropriate, but, you know, I'm a mom. And my kid's going to find this someday. I don't want to be handcuffed to a bed in Esquire."

The actress also said she has reservations about doing one of her most famous impressions again.

"I feel that if I do [Sarah Palin] again, people will be like, 'Oh, wait a minute. That's terrible! You never really could do it, could you?'" she told the mag.

As for how Tina crafted her take on the former Alaska Governor – she said it required a lot of tricky vocal work.
"For me, it was a wig. And gluing down my ears. When I wear that half-up hairdo, my ears stick out. Also overdrawing my lips to make it look like I have bigger lips. Then there's the Minnesooota Fargo kind of accent. Ya know? And the o's, and the that, and all that," Tina said. "And smiling when you talk."
And when it comes to her hit NBC comedy, "30 Rock," Tina said there are some plotlines that fans will never see happen – mainly her character, Liz Lemon, and Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) hooking up.
"Liz and Jack will never be together. Not even if we go fifteen seasons," Tina said. "Okay, if we get to season fifteen, they'll do it."

Megan Trying To Go Unnoticed

She's one of the sexiest gals in Tinseltown, but it seems as if Megan Fox has limited her wardrobe options to try and tone down her appeal rather than flaunting her good looks.

Talking to press, the "Transformers" beauty tells, "I have this gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana white trench coat for winter, but I can't wear it without drawing attention to myself. And I try to hide. I want to be unseen."

Continuing on about her apprehensive decision making when it comes to clothing, Fox adds, "If you wear anything interesting, you become instantly noticeable."

As for the many celebrities who always seem to be dressed to the nines, Megan dishes, "It would be nice to be like Rihanna and go to Burger King in six-inch heels and a mini-dress. It's admirable. But I don't have the motivation. I have lots of casual clothes and one side of my wardrobe is oddly grown up: pencil skirts and Prada turtlenecks for when, once in a while, I feel like going in that direction."

Megan - the Step-Mum ?

Megan Fox has insisted that she is a full-time stepmother to boyfriend Brian Austin Green's young son.

The actress, who has been dating Green on and off since 2004, has claimed that she will never avoid her responsibility to the 8-year-old boy.

The 23-year-old told Harper's Bazaar: "I am a stepmother to the fullest extent. I have looked after Kassius since he was three and he has no memory of life without me.

"For some reason, no one wants to look at me that way, but I am responsible for him and I've never struggled with that, from bedtime stories to the school run."

Last month, Fox confessed that she has always wanted to be a mother.
